Read this ARTICLE to find out why you should memorize your times tables.
Can you memorize lyrics to a song? Lines from a movie? Your lunch number? AR number? School logins? Random information? States and capitals?
If you answered yes to any of the questions, then you can also memorize your times tables. All it takes is PRACTICE. Your brain is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets. Once you learn and memorize you times tables, that knowledge will be stored in your long term memory for ever.
Learning your times tables will help you with long division, three digit by two digit multiplication, adding/subtracting fractions, simplifying fractions, finding factors, and in many more ways as you continue your journey through school.
Keep practicing so you can pass the Dunkin Donuts Challenge!!
